300-Point Inspection
No other manufacturer puts its Certified pre-owned vehicles through a tougher series of inspections. Ultra-thorough, stem-to-stern inspections -- checking everything from safety and security systems to the engine and electrical system. Checking the undercarriage, the drivetrain, the suspension and transmission.

We inspect the body of every car just as thoroughly, looking for dings, dents, scratches and the like. Finally, we focus our efforts on the interior of the car. The instrument panel. The sound system. The sunroof or convertible top. The interior trim.

Every Audi Assured car comes with an Inspection and Condition Report and Delivery Checklist.

24-Hour Roadside Assistance
If you ever find yourself in a situation on the road where you need help, Audi Roadside Assistance is just a phone call away. In fact, our customer support network is ready to help you 24/7. Simply call the toll-free number and the Roadside Assistance Center will send a service vehicle on its way to provide the following services:
  • Towing to the nearest authorized Audi dealership or authorized Audi service facility in the event of disablement or collision.

Trip Interruption
Trip interruption is an integral part of our Roadside Assistance program. In the unlikely event that you experience a mechanical breakdown or collision more than 100 miles from your residence, you may be reimbursed for trip interruption expenses if your vehicle cannot be made safely operable the same day. Trip interruption coverage is limited to a maximum of $500 per disablement/incident and, for A8/S8 drivers, $1,000 per disablement/incident, including all taxes and surcharges.

Warranty Repairs Performed By Authorized Audi Experts
Warranty repairs can be performed by any authorized Audi Dealer or Authorized Audi Service Center in the United States or Canada. This warranty does not apply outside the United States or Canada.

Warranty repairs will include a $50 deductible per repair visit, payable by the customer. This deductible is payable only once in the unlikely event that another repair visit is necessary to repair the same single defect covered by this warrant.
Transferable Warranty
This warranty is available to the original purchaser of each eligible pre-owned Audi and it is transferable to subsequent private owners for a nominal fee of $150 per transfer, except where prohibited by law.
