How do I get my business listed on your site?
We offer three advertising packages to suit your needs and budget. Our packages start as low as $10/month, and there are no contracts or obligation of any kind as we are certain you will see the value in advertising with us. Whatever advertising package you choose, you may opt to pay monthly by credit card (Visa or MasterCard), or pay yearly by either check or credit card to receive your twelfth month free! All of advertisers receive leads to their website and posted phone number (or if they don't have one, an email contact form is provided) and the opportunity to respond to vendor quote requests from our more than 10,000 unique visitors a month looking for special events vendors like yourself. You should be able to track the clicks to your website through your webhost provider.

How do I get a basic listing without a website link?
Due to the number of businesses listed, and the number of sign-ups per week, we no longer accept these type of listings. We offer three advertising packages to suit your needs and budget. Our packages start as low as $10/month, and there are no contracts or obligation of any kind as we are certain you will see the value in advertising with us.

How do I get my business added with a link to my website or email?
This is a listing upgrade in which we offer three advertising packages to suit your needs and budget. Our packages start as low as $10/month, and there are no contracts or obligation of any kind as we are certain you will see the value in advertising with us.

How do I add my bridal event to your site?
If you are currently an advertiser, we will happily list your bridal event at no additional charge. If you are not currently an advertiser, you can still submit your event information; however, we cannot guarantee that your listing will be added. We will be adding a sign-up form for non-advertisers shortly.

How do I sign-up for a bridal event listed on your site?
We do not currently host any bridal show/expo events. To sign-up for a bridal event, you would need to call the contact number provided for that event or visit the web/email link(s), if provided. We do not have any additional event information other than the information posted on the site. Also, be sure to verify the date, time, and location before attending any event.
I just signed up for advertising on your bridal guide. How long before my advertised listing will be set-up?
Typically, new advertiser sign-ups are added within 24 hours of payment receipt. To get your listing added as soon as possible, set-up your payment schedule using Visa or Mastercard. Sign-ups paid by check will be added the day payment is received.
You will receive an email receipt once your advertising sign-up has been processed and added to our site. If you signed up for monthly billing by Visa or MasterCard, you will be billed the same day each month.
I have upgraded/signed up for a Premium or Premium PLUS! ad. How do I send any graphics/artwork and instructions for my ad?
You can send any artwork/graphics, as well as instructions by emailing us. If you are unfamiliar how to send attached files by email, you can instruct our designers to use specific artwork from your website. All graphics/artwork will be resized and/or cropped as needed to fit the following dimensions:
- Premium PLUS! Header: 396 x 70 pixels
- Four (4) Premium PLUS! Pictures: 408 x 309 pixels
- Premium Graphic: 100 x 114 pixels
- Randomly Rotated Banner: 125 x 125 pixels (up to three (3) images can be submitted for animation)
If no artwork/graphics or instructions are supplied, our designers will create your ad using artwork from your website as they deem to be the best representation of your business.
How do I change/update my business listing information, such as phone, email, address, business description, etc?
You can update your current business listing on our directory at anytime by clicking here.
How do I get my business listed under multiple locations, categories and/or on multiple state Bridal Guides?
We offer the first listing at full price, the second listing (of either equal or lesser value) at 25% off, and third or more listings (of either equal or lesser value) at 50% off the full price. This includes multiple business locations, categories, and/or multiple states-
How do I update my billing information?
Click Here to access our secure online billing update form. If any advertising privileges have been blocked due to an overdue account balance, you will regain full access within 24 hours of processing your updated billing information.
How do I get the information on this site in a print format, like a magazine?
We do not currently offer a print format, such as a magazine, of our online bridal directory. You are welcome to print any of the information located on our site for your own, personal use through your web browser by selecting the print command.
How do I cancel my advertising?
You can cancel your advertising at anytime, by clicking here. Be sure to include your name, business name, reason for cancellation, and phone number.
If you paid by Visa or MasterCard, your card on file will no longer be charged and your business listing will be removed at the end of your previously paid advertising period. You will receive an email receipt from us acknowledging your cancellation request within 24 hours, which will include your business listing(s) expiry.
How do I remove my business listing?
You can remove your business listing from our online bridal directory at anytime by clicking here. Your business listing will be removed within 24 hours.
